InstaFunders is a direct MCA funder based in Miami, Florida. Brokers submit to instasubs@instafunders.com; we fund $10,000 to $2,500,000, second position onward (first position case by case), up to 10 months. Buy rates, upsell and compensation are shared with registered partners once your shop is set up, and syndication and white-label options are available. The full box is in the funding guidelines.
Submitting and turnaround
How do I submit a deal to InstaFunders?
Email the file to instasubs@instafunders.com: a signed and dated application, the last three months of business bank statements plus MTD (four months for California), and statements for any and all associated businesses and accounts. Listing the merchant's existing positions in the email speeds up the review.
How fast will I get a decision?
Our underwriters work complete files quickly and aim to give you an answer you can take straight to the merchant. Once approved and stips are in, funding can follow in as little as 24 hours. Incomplete files, missing accounts or unanswered questions are what slow a deal down.
What stips do you need?
Before funding: a driver's license and voided check for all owners, and a current A/R aging report and/or the merchant's most recent credit card processing statement. They aren't needed to submit, so send the app and statements first.
Positions, stacking and renewals
What positions do you fund?
Second position and onward is our strong suit. First position is considered case by case. We review every existing position together, so the combined daily or weekly payment load has to fit the merchant's deposits and balances.
Will you stack on top of a recent advance?
Merchants funded in the last 30 days are reviewed case by case. Include the MTD statement so the new position and its payment are visible, and note the funder and funded date. See second-position funding for brokers for how to package a stacked file.
Do you renew merchants, and who gets paid on renewals?
Yes, once the merchant is 60% paid in on the current advance. Renewals are underwritten fresh on the merchant's current statements, like any new deal. We don't publish renewal terms for shops, so ask your partner representative about renewal compensation before you send your first deal.
Compensation and partnership options
How do commissions and points work?
In the MCA industry, ISO compensation is typically points on the funded amount, often with room to upsell between the buy rate and the rate the merchant is offered. Our buy rates and upsell are shared with registered partners when the shop is set up; we don't publish them.
Can I syndicate on deals I bring?
Syndication options are available for partners who want to participate in the deals they bring to the table. Terms depend on the deal and the partner, so ask your partner representative for details when your shop is set up.
Do you offer white-label funding?
Yes, white-label opportunities are available so you can keep your brand in front of your merchants. How it's set up varies by shop, so ask your partner representative for details.
How do I sign up as a partner?
Fill in the partner inquiry form: company, contact details, monthly deal count and the paper you send. A partner representative will be in touch to set up your shop, share pricing and walk you through how we work. You can also call 844-828-7986.
Restrictions and deal terms
What industries and states won't you fund?
We don't fund businesses located in Utah, New York and Connecticut, or these industries: trucking and logistics, auto sales, nonprofit organizations, debt consolidation and credit repair, debt collection, cannabis, publicly traded companies and law firms. The full restrictions list is in the funding guidelines.
Do you fund California deals?
Yes. California files need four months of business bank statements plus MTD instead of three. California also requires commercial financing disclosures on offers; see state disclosures for the general picture.
Can the merchant pay weekly?
The default is daily. For broker deals, weekly is available when all of the merchant's other positions are weekly. Note existing payment frequencies on the submission so underwriting can structure it correctly.
Are early payoff discounts available?
Yes, case by case. If a merchant expects to pay off early, raise it before contracts go out so the expectation is set correctly. Merchants can read more in paying off an MCA early.
What are the deal size and max term?
We fund $10,000 to $2,500,000, with a max term of 10 months. Merchants need 12 months+ in business, $50,000+ average monthly deposits with at least 5 deposits a month, a 500+ credit score and no more than 5 negative days a month on average.
